The EU-IOM Knowledge Management Hub’s Research Fund issues two Requests for Proposals for studies around migrant return and sustainable reintegration
A Knowledge Management Hub (KMH) has been established by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in 2017 under the EU-funded Pilot Action on Voluntary Return and Sustainable, Community-Based Reintegration. The KMH aims at assisting the implementation of the EU-IOM Actions in support of migrant protection and reintegration by ensuring coherent methodological approaches; harmonising monitoring and evaluation activities; setting up knowledge management tools; and producing knowledge products.
As part of the KMH, a Research Fund has been established to contract studies in order to address knowledge gaps in the field of migrant return and reintegration.
In this framework, the IOM invites Service Providers/Consulting Firms to provide Technical and Financial Proposals for the following Services:
- Research Study on Understanding and implementing gender-sensitive sustainable reintegration (duration of approximately 6 months).
- Study on Comparative Reintegration Outcomes in Forced and Voluntary Returns (duration of approximately 6 months).
The Service Providers/Consulting Firms interested in submitting a proposal should contact Ms. Nazanine Nozarian (nnozarian@iom.int) and copy Ms. Anita J. Wadud (ajwadud@iom.int) to request the full Request for Proposal package.
Proposals must be submitted no later than Thursday 19 March 2020.
