The Second Joint Donor Review of IOM Harare was commissioned by DFID, Sida, USAID, and ECHO as a follow-up to the first review in 2006, with a particular focus on the progress achieved in response to the recommendations put forth in the first review report, as well as a more in-depth examination of the activities in Beitbridge, which had only just begun at the time of the first review.
