The project aims to contribute to the socio-economic and productive stabilization of the Colombian returnee population in a vulnerable condition (registered under Law 1565 of 2012) and to the host communities where these returnees are to develop their productive projects.
The initiative will offer the migrant and/or returned population opportunities for their effective labor insertion and employability, through an inter-institutional articulation process that facilitates the adaptation and operation of a portfolio of services that guarantees their fundamental rights, through timely institutional action and making effective use of existing resources for the social development of the migrant and returned population. Differences regarding the needs and programmatic responses between men and women will be taken into account in the implementation of the project, particularly promoting the economic autonomy of women.
For the development of the project, the following phases will be taken into account:
- Phase 1: Identification and formulation of productive and microenterprise projects
- Phase 2: Process of implementation of productive and micro-business projects
- Phase 3: Follow-up, monitoring, evaluation and actions of continuous improvement of projects and entrepreneurship initiatives.
- Phase 4: Sustainability for entrepreneurship.
