The aim of this report is to provide some independent insight on IOM’s Regional Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration (AVRR) Programme for Stranded Migrants in Libya and Morocco (LiMo), so as to contribute to facilitating decision-making in the planning phase of analogous future interventions.
