The Platform wins the Mercury Excellence Award

The Migrant Protection Platform was recognized with the 2024/2025 Mercury Excellence Awards, under the category "Non-Profit Organizations: Special Project" (Silver). The Mercury Awards competition honors excellence in public relations. 

This achievement has been made possible thanks to the thousands of policymakers and practitioners around the world who have contributed to the knowledge offered by the Platform, advancing the dialogue on migrant protection.

Over 300 entries were received from 13 countries. Only the top 30% scoring entries placed high enough to win the different awards.

Established in 1987, MerComm, Inc. is an independent awards organization. 

Powered by the COMPASS Programme, the Migrant Protection Platform is a public, one-stop shop for knowledge sharing, dialogue and collaboration on migrant protection. It centralizes information offering an accessible and trusted source of knowledge to thousands of policy makers and practitioners across regions.
