One Year of the Migrant Protection Platform: A Growing Hub for Knowledge and Collaboration

On its first-year anniversary, the Migrant Protection Platform highlights its role in knowledge-sharing, best practices and driving meaningful dialogue to advance the protection of migrants worldwide. 

The Platform acts as a digital space dedicated to learning, collaboration, and innovation in the field of migrant protection. It provides access to thousands of resources and tools; a space to engage in online dialogues and an established community of practice that promotes partnerships and collaborative actions

Supported by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and powered by the COMPASS programme, the Platform partners with IOM offices and external stakeholders. This collaboration facilitates knowledge exchange and practical solutions for challenges faced by migrants and protection practitioners globally.
