Child Abduction | Webinar on Comparative and Regional Practices

The Children’s Rights Academy (CRA) of the University of Geneva is hosting a webinar on Comparative and Regional Practices in Child Abduction on Thursday, October 31st, 2024 from 13:00 – 15:00 pm CET.

The webinar is co-organized by CRA together with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the Swiss Institute of Comparative Law.

This webinar will bring together leading experts to discuss diverse regional practices on child abduction and its civil aspects, as well as strategies for improving child protection frameworks worldwide.

This second webinar is the result of an enhanced cooperation between the CRA and IOM. On July 2024, the Migrant Protection Platform and CRA co-hosted a webinar on “Unveiling Research and Best Practices to End Child Trafficking” to mark the World Day Against Trafficking in Person 2024.
